I'll also transfer the following four domains and websites.  The domains would be transferred to your GoDaddy account, and the websites will be sent on DVD in HTML format:

I'll also include the software program they were created (Adobe Muse).

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS THE PURCHASER?

Once you take possession of my ebook and audio business, you will have the following rights:

- I will relinquish all rights to the ebooks and audios.  In essence, they will be as if you wrote and developed them yourself.

- You can make any content changes, change the titles, add your name to the product, and copyright each under your company.

- You can use them in your training, or sell them individually on ebay or your website.  You can also create hard copies of books and audios to sell on Amazon and/or Google.

- Once you take delivery of these products, there is no return policy or ability to cancel the agreement.  So make sure you review everything in advance to be sure of your decision.

What you can not do is resell the rights to someone else, or another company without the expressed permission of Mike Whitty and Michael Learning Group.  If granted, Mike Whitty and Michael Learning Group will require a fee on the sale.  There is no fee for selling individual books and audios, only on resell rights.

WHAT ARE MY OBLIGATIONS AS THE SELLER?

Once the deal is finalized and the products delivered, Mike Whitty and Michael Learning Group will do the following:

- We will relinquish taking credit for any products you purchased.

- We will remove all products off the internet, to include eBay, and any mention of products on training materials and brochures.

- We will provide a notarized agreement transferring all rights and products to your company for your protection.

- We will remove all testimonials and clients from our websites and training materials.

- Mike Whitty and Michael Learning Group will still have the right to create new vehicle-related books and audios in the future after the sale is completed.

Your total, final investment will be $6,000, but will consider a realistic offer from a serious buyer.  This can be paid - Paypal (Credit Card)
