    This is an antique (ca. 1899-1903), opalescent, three-footed master berry bowl in the sought-after Manila 905 aka Wreath and Shell pattern made by the pre-eminent Model Flint Works Glass Company of Albany, Indiana.       

       

 Condition.  This large bowl is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, flea bites, or restorations.  There are, of course, some minor straw marks ("tool marks") and internal air bubbles from manufacturing commonly associated with the hand making of old EAPG, carnival, and opalescent glass. 
               

        ... Always a great find!

This item is a wonderful example of Model Flint Works Glass and would make a fine addition to any collection of old EAPG, carnival and opalescent glass, e.g., Fenton, Dugan, Westmoreland, Jefferson, Brockwitz, Sowerby, Fostoria, Millersburg, Northwood, Indiana, Imperial, and others.
