This is a signed photograph in very good condition.  It was signed in 1990 by Lord David Owen.

I will include one signed letter from Lord Owen to accompany the photograph.

I can also provide modern photocopies of the newspaper article (I only have one original copy of these two pages).

'Baron David Owen served as British Foreign Secretary from 1977 to 1979. In 1981, Owen was one of the 'Gang of Four' who left the Labour Party to found the Social Democratic Party (SDP), who later merged with the Liberal Party.'

Description and Condition:

Photograph - Very Good - slight marking and discolouration to the front, v.v.slight surface loss to the rear and the edges are uneven, slightly rough and not completely straight.

Letter - Very Good - two creases and slight marking, discolouration and creasing.
