This is for both sets. You will receive both silver and gold tone pen and pencil sets. Silver pen twist mechanism is not working correctly. There is no lead in silver pencil. The gold tone pen cartridge is dried up as expected with its age. All 4 items have a deer/elk embellishment as seen in pictures. There is only one box and one card insert as seen in pictures.
