• Payment information:

You can pay with us in advance / bank transfer or Paypal.
When making the transfer, be sure to include the item number and your name as the purpose.
You will receive an email with Allen necessary data after the auction.

Please note that the faster you transfer, the sooner you have your part at home!

When transferring money from abroad, please note that you, the customer, assume all bank fees, so that the full purchase price including Shipping costs will be credited.
There are normally no fees for euro transfers within the EU.

• Delivery time:

We send twice a week, which means that even if the item has been marked as shipped, it may not go to the post office until a day or two later. We send parcels with Hermes. The term can be up to 7 working days. If there is a weekend or a public holiday in between, the term will be extended accordingly.
Some items are shipped from our warehouse in Austria. It can also take a little longer here! Please be patient!

• You paid but haven't received any goods yet?

If you have not received any goods 10 days after the transfer, please check your payment to us again.
Please check whether a chargeback has taken place. This happens if, for example, a number in the account number was wrong.
If this is not the case, please send us an email with details of your name, total amount, day of transfer and account holder and we will endeavor to clarify this immediately.
Sometimes it can also happen that the parcel is at the delivery agent in the warehouse, or is sent back because the parcel service did not meet you.
In the latter case, we unfortunately have to bill you again for shipping costs. So please make sure that the parcel service finds someone. We can track all insured shipments based on the package number. The free shipping we offer is always without insurance.
