  • BUYERS PROVIDE THE INVALID DELIVERED ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AND CAUSE THE ITEMS UNDELIVERED AND RETURN.
  • BUYERS REFUSE TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS DUE TO CHANGE MIND, AND CAUSE THE ITEMS UNDELIVERED AND RETURN
  • THE BUYERS MUST AGREE THE TERMS ABOVE WHILE MAKING PURCHASE

  • Return: 
  • If buyers are NOT SATISFIED with our products, purchased wrong items or change mind and want to return them. The buyers are responsible for shipping and handling cost for the returned items. 
  • The returned items must be shipped back to within 7 days after items receipt. 
  • The returned items must be "Brand New" condition (never been used or installed) under the original package. 
  • The returned items will be subject to 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling cost is non-refundable. 
  • The refund will be made within 5 business days upon we have received the returned items.
  • THE REFUND IS NOT AVAILABLE IF THE RETURNED ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR BEEN USED

  • Package Or Product Damage:
  • If the package is damaged upon arrival, please e-mail us the proof by photos of the details of broken package and the product. We will file a damage claim to shipping carrier and the refund will be issued upon the the carrier has confirmed and reimbursed the claim

  • Package Lost
  • If the package is lost during shipping transit, we will claim the case with shipping carrier. Once the carrier has confirmed and reimbursed the claim, the product replacement or refund will be at buyer's choice.
