Maybe discolored but it's discolored pretty evenly.

I don't have the user manual and I was never shown how to use this but aftersome poking around it seems to set much like digital clock. I successfully set a timer and it made high pitched beeps when it went off. I feel pretty confident it is in good working order. But if you have questions or think I may have missed something please let me know.
