Please note that these items are used, therefore, are not in perfect condition. Items have been tested and visually inspected before sale for any scratches, dents, cracks, and everything that is noted is included in the item description.

 

Money Back Guarantee:

All items have a 3 day money back guarantee. All items sold as working, are guaranteed against Dead On Arrival (DOA), unless they are being sold "AS IS". Money back guarantee will be void if an item is physically damaged, altered, missing parts/pieces when returned. All tamper proof stickers, if applicable, must be intact.

 

Item Returns:

If for any reason a part is received in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us via E-mail through Ebay. We will respond within 24hrs unless during a weekend or a holiday. Items purchased by mistake may also be returned, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee + shipping. Items sold "AS IS" with no guarantee cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping charges when returning an item. Items for return must be properly packaged in order to receive a refund. Ex. If you purchased a motherboard, which will be shipped in a box, please return it in a box also. Not in a bubble mailer.

Worldwide Shipping:

For International shipments, buyers are responsible for all Customs, Duties and Import fees.

Note: We use recycled shipping materials if and when available. These include boxes, bubble wraps or old newspapers.
