TERMS OF SALE

Please pay within 5 days, if you have problem paying for the item, please let us know or we will open a case of dispute. We do not refund unless items is faulty and not mentioned in the listing. We will not refund due to changeing of your mind or incorrect fit, so please ask for measurement as sizes do vary. If you change your mind or find the size is not correct, we can change the item for you as long as you are willing to pay for the postage of the replacement.

PAYMENT
We prefer bank account deposit but also take Paypal. Please send me message if you need my bank details. We expect you to pay within 5 days after the auction or the purchase ends. Contact us if you have any problems in making payment and need a little more extra time. 

SHIPPING

To make your purchase easy and pleasant, we usually post the same day or the next your payment clears. We will enter the tracking number when we make your item as posted. You can track them from Australia Post website. 

In most cases, your item will arrive within 6 days. There can be missing items now and then, so if you don't get your item in a week, please don't hesitate to contact us or use the tracking number to contact your post office. If you require express mail or registered mail, please contact me before you pay so that i can change the postage for you.
