Stephen R. Donaldson, Lot of 4 Hardbacks with Slipcovers.  Part of a 10-book fantasy series - "The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever."  These are books 1, 2, 3 and 6.  The first 3 were published in 1977, #6 came out in 1983. 

Donaldson's work is characterized by psychological complexity, conceptual abstractness, moral bleakness and use of an arcane vocabulary.  

Included are:

They show some wear and tears to the slipcovers, spots or darkening to the page edges, spine creases and bumps.  Each has its circled volume number penciled inside the front cover.  Other than that, found NO loose pages, page tears, dog ears, folds, highlighting, odors, water damage nor mold.
