Here's a SUPER hard to find ORIGINAL SEALED copy of 1994's classic "If I Were A Carpenter", a tribute album to The Carpenters brother and sister artists with tons of hits in the 70's. This has SO many great covers of their classics by bands like Sonic Youth (who do an amazingly great version of "Superstar"), Redd Kross covering "Yesterday Once More", The Cranberries covering "(They Long To Be) Close To You", Babes In Toyland, Shonen Knife, Bettie Serveert, Dishwalla, Sheryl Crow, Johnette Napolitano (of Concrete Blonde) with Marc Moreland, Cracker, Matthew Sweet, 4 Non Blondes, and Grant Buffalo. This is a SUPER fun and well done compilation that turns some of The Carpenters songs upside down and some straight covers. I see NO cracks in the plastic or broken corners, it is still completely covered in the original shrink wrap with an unplayed NEW cassette inside. Get it while we've got it!
