Double light switch glazed ceramic cover plate, hand-painted blue and white Diamonds, pink tulips and darker blue dots.  Orange and red stripes finish the outside edges.

Measures 4-5/8" square, 3/16" thick.  It weighs 6.3 oz.  Back is slightly concave. 

Minor chipping from screw heads front and back and chips and roughness on the unglazed backside ring and glazed back.  A thin scratch between the switch holes and small glaze chip on one outside edge, all shown in the pictures.  No cracks, repairs nor stains noted.  Hardware not included but standard.
