This is a 4K smart TV stick running Android 10, with 4K, HDR decoding and output, compact and powerful.
Pre-installed with google play store and some popular apps such as Stalker/Ministra/Xtream code(4K HDR10), Google Play(TV version), Google Voice Assistant, YouTube(4K), Netflix(TV Version), Disney+(TV Version up to 1080P) Android TV APP etc.

All products are ready in stock and will be shipped out same day if paid before 2.30pm on most working days. AU shipment usually takes around 3-6 BUSINESS days.

About product damage:

1. Please reject the parcel for returning back to sender if the parcel is presented to you instead of being left on your porch and you can see right away that it has been damaged in transit.

2. Upon accepting damaged merchandise, please immediately report the damage to seller with detailed notes as well as snap photos of both the compromised packaging and the broken products. This may help to determine whether the package was improperly handled and damaged in transit. Please note reporting of damaged goods after 48 hours of arrival (according to tracking) will not be accepted, please report the damage as soon as you receive the goods.

If your item isn't working properly, please report the problem to us via eBay messages within 30 days from the date of receiving. We will provide you the instructions of receiving a replacement or how to return your item for a refund if the product is confirmed to be defective. 

If you are withdrawing from your purchase within 30 days after delivery, and there's been no error, we will only refund the item price upon receiving your returned parcel. The buyer should take the cost of return shipping charge.
