Flying Scotsman Pewter Sculpture by Compulsion Gallery

Item details:- Compulsion gallery Flying Scotsman pewter sculpture model mounted on a wooden base. The wooden base's nameplate has been removed and the gap roughly patched with filler, base also has a few minor marks, baise on bottom has a small tear and looks like some smudging where the filler was applied. Train is in very good condition. approximate measurements (including base): 13" in length 2.75" in width 3.15" in height. please see pictures for further information. 35.5 x 7 x 8cm 

 This handsome and rare sculpture is highly collectible - made by the " Compulsion Gallery " in Bromley England. Compulsion Gallery sculptures are world renowned and were featured and sold in the Ralph Lauren flagship store in New York City.

Compulsion Gallery Sculptures are cast in a high density resin material which is then thermal coated by spraying it with molten pewter metal. Their innovative process is quite unique - producing a beautiful metallic object with the look, weight and cold feel of solid metal.

The company was dissolved in 2012 and only produced these exceptional products for 10-15 years.

The nameplate looks to have lost some of its edging and the red baize on the base has a few minor marks.

Delivery Dispatch Times

We post all our items within 3 working days.

Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

So an order placed on Friday could be posted on Wednesday Morning.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail delivery guidelines are 3 – 5 working days.

Mail does sometimes get delayed and can take up to 15 working days, after which Royal Mail will class it as lost.

In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered after 15 working days, please email us so we can open a claim and resolve the problem. We cannot do anything before the 15 working days as Royal Mail do not admit loss before this time.

Important – Larger items that might not fit in your letter box are quite often left at your local sorting office advise checking there before contacting us.

Overseas deliveries take about 1 week within Europe and 2 weeks outside Europe. We use Airmail to post overseas.
