Bug Clear Ultra Vine Weevil Killer is ideal for use on flowers, roses and ornamental plants grown in pots and hanging baskets outdoors and in conservatories.
It has been shown to be safe on all plants but is advised to test a sample before full use leaving 4 weeks in between.
It can be used all year round on indoor plants and used from April to September for outdoor plants.
The Bug Clear Ultra Vine Weevil Killer will get rid of vine weevil larvae in two ways:-
- On Contact - works on direct contact with vine weevils and larvae in the soil
- Systemically - it is taken up through the plant by the roots, this way the vine weevils die as they feed on the roots
It can also be used for the control of whitefly, greenfly, black fly, scale insects and mealy bugs.
The Vine Weevil Killer is easy and simple to use, simply mix and apply.
The 480ml will treat upto 80L of compost or 20 x 20cm(8") pots.

Shipping Costs
For Mainland UK orders the cost of delivery is part of the overall price of the item.
For European & Rest of the World orders,
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
My order has not arrived
In the unlikely event your order has not been delivered within the expected time frame provided, it must be delayed, lost or awaiting collection at your local post office as it was dispatched on time.
If you could check with your local post office it would be much appreciated as Royal Mail don't leave don?t always leave a card to say it couldn't be delivered on that date.
Alternatively if you do not wish to go to the post office you can arrange redelivery with your tracking number on Royal Mails website.
It also might be beneficial to check with your neighbours who could have accepted the items on your behalf or any secure locations on your property (including bins or under hedges).
If the parcel does not arrive after another few days, please get in contact with us.
Returns Policy
We are happy to help with all concerns regarding your order and if you have an issue we recommend you contact us first before opening a return.
Please read our returns procedure carefully!
How long do I have to return a product?
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- We'll also pay the return shipping costs or provide a free returns label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please note: Your consumer Rights are not affected.
Defective/ Faulty Items
- If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
- Please message us via your Ebay account by selecting order history and clicking on product you ordered from us. You will then have the option to Contact Seller.
- Our contact details can also found on our invoice within the parcel.
We aim respond to all messages in 1-2 Working Days (we are closed on weekends), if we have not responded please send us another message in case it was not received.
Condition of returned items
All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging, unless there is a manufacturer defect (In which case you must contact us before returning).
- Items must be well packaged for the return journey so they do not become damaged in transit and do not stick any packaging tape to the item itself.
All items must be returned within their original packaging and in a resalable condition; failure to do this may incur extra costs being deducted from the cost of the item after return costs (up to 50%) this also applies if an item looks to have been used before returning.
How will I receive the refund or replacement
- Once we inspect the return we are able to issue a replacement or refund.
- You will be notified via email that a refund has been applied or replacement has been dispatched.
- We refund via Paypal to the email address provided on your account.
Who pays for shipping to return the product?
- If the item is no longer wanted or required, you are responsible for the returns postage.
- If the item is damaged or faulty you need to contact us first and we can determine how best to assist with a replacement and returning the faulty item.
- If you are unable to use a provided returns label by ourselves or Ebay you will be required to cover the cost yourself
Where do I return my item to?
- All returns must be requested through your ebay account order history which will provide you with the returns address and a returns label (if no label is provided please contact us).
- Any returns without necessary authorisation will not be eligible for a full refund.
- Please include within the parcel your returns slip and/copy of your invoice to ensure we can deal with your return promptly.
