Furthermore, the abrasive sponge's foam base offers a comfortable grip for hand sanding. Its block shape flexes and adapts perfectly to the workpiece for effective material removal. The S471 Best for Flat & Edges is intended for sanding work on wood and paint. It is apt for keying wood, plastic or metal prior to painting, and for the intermediate sanding for varnishes and paints. It is also ideal for sanding in rebates and light curves as well as fine sanding filler material. The S471 Best for Flat & Edges is repeatedly washable and reusable. It features strong sponge edges for edge sanding. Furthermore, it is coated on all four sides with abrasive grit resistant to grit breakout. The abrasive sponge is available in 3 colours denoting various grit sizes for different sanding steps. It is solvent free. It is suitable for hand sanding
