This is a Vintage Mickey Mouse print Fabric has no Maker on selvage ,but says "Disney on Parade" and "Disney" on the fabric. This does not look like a licensed product to me. I tried and tried to find this image on the internet but  after a Extensive Google search I got nothing!

Soft White/ ivory background   ( not sure if this is the color or it is dingy and needs a soak in Oxi) cotton or blend ( I didn`t do a burn test) fabric 

 Mickey and Friends scattered all over   it.
