Vintage Milk Glass Ceiling/Fan Light Cover w/ Floral Design fits 4". This is used in very good condition it has no chips or cracks. The floral pattern is on three sides and measure about 4 inches long by 2.5 inches tall. The cover is about 6.5 inches tall and has a 3.5 inch diameter opening at the top. This should fit a 4 inch center with the tighten screws.

This is very light its about 13 ounces, I dont know if that helps age it or not.
