7 Piece Chassis Repair Kit
The rear chassis on the
Navara D40 models is proving to be susceptible to rust and cracking which can lead to costly
repairs that make the vehicle uneconomic to repair.
To try and reduce the repair
costs / time we have created this pre cut 7 piece chassis repair kit.
This kit is designed to allow
you ( or your garage ) to weld plates over the corroded chassis sections to
enable you to pass your MOT.
To repair this section of the
chassis you will need to have the skills to do it as it is a fairly involved job.
We found cutting the metal
plates to shape each time was time consuming so we have developed this kit to
save you time.
This kit contains the parts for
the SIDES ( inside face and outside face ) of both rear chassis rails.
We do offer these in 3 mm and 2mm at a lower cost but recommend these 5mm plates over these albeit a little more expensive we believe this job is worth doing correctly first time and it will last for years to come
