The memSIM2 emulator
can emulate EPROM/ROM/FLASH in microprocessor systems with any
processor. Greatly simplifies and accelerates the process of creating
and running the software.
The emulator is powered and controlled via USB interface.
It
has a 32-pin emulation plug and is seen by the system as an EPROM.
Using a suitable adapter one can emulate memory in PLCC case.
The contents of memory is transferred from the PC to the emulator by the application program.
The memSIM2 supports: 2764, 27128, 27256, 27512, 27010, 27020, 27040 EPROMs with the access time 70ns or more.
It can also support 2716 ans 2732 EPROMS with a special adapter.
The
emulator can work in systems with supply voltage 2.7 - 5.0 V,
automatically adjusting the output voltage to power the emulated memory.
The
emulator is completely optoisolated from the computer, so you have
minimized the risk of damage to the emulator and PC due to the voltage
difference between PC and microprocessor system
It has the RESET
output with programmed polarity, which can be connected to the reset
input of the microprocessor. It is activated by the software on time of
data transfer to the emulator.
