Semi-postal set marking the 3rd anniversary of the establishment of the Generalgouvernement. 

It depicts Kulturträger ("Transmitters of Culture") who were active in the area in earlier times. The people depicted are:

• Veit Stoss (ca. 1447/48-1533), sculptor
• Portrait of a Young Man; painting by Hans Dürer (1490-1534)
• Johann Chr. Schuch (1752 bis 1813), architect
• Josef Elsner (1769-1854), composer
• Nikolaus Copernicus (1473-1543), astronomer
