Memory Foam and Foam Products.

Please be aware that new foams have a distinctive odour like fresh paint or a new car. This harmless odour usually dissipates once the product has acclimatized to your home, though this may take several days of airing. There are plenty of tips for dealing with this on the internet should it linger.




DELIVERY

We use a standard courier service for delivery who will deliver any time between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday to first main door of the property. Most of the time the courier will email or text (if a mobile number is provided) a 1hr delivery time although not guaranteed. We will only deliver to the address provided through checkout. Address change requests via messages or notes are not acceptable and cannot be changed by us due to seller rules and regulations.


Please note the following (but not limited to) postcodes require a £12 delivery surcharge, this is due to the courier charging extra as they class them as "remote areas".

Any orders made will require payment before the goods are sent out.

If payment is not made within 7 days we have the right to cancel and refund the order in full.
