This is a figure of a railroad engineer working on a train. He measures 2-1/8" tall (approx. 1:32 scale). The piece is a reproduction cast in tin from a scarce cast iron original (Grey Iron, circa 1940s) and is hand-painted by Leddy & Slack. He wears a gray uniform and is carrying an oil can and hammer. Pictured here next to a Lionel #18 Parlor Car, he would make a charming (and useful!) addition to any vintage Standard Gauge or G scale layout.

Leddy & Slack figures are cast tin, hand-painted, and contain no lead. All our pieces are proudly manufactured in New York State.

We also offer restoration and repainting services at reasonable rates. If you have antique dimestore or other railroad figures in need of repair, restoration, or repainting, please feel free to contact us for details.
