COVER CONDITION:  MINT / SEALED. There is a corner cut at the lower right. There are no Notches or similar issues. The Shrink Wrap is torn to the left side of the front Cover and around the left lower corner, but this Album is still clearly sealed. The Peter Pan “Hype” sticker is partially pulled away from the Shrink
