This is package from the Mystic Stamp Company from the "Heritage U.S. Presidents" coin and stamp collection. These were mailed to members monthly, these look like they were never put inside a binder and are still like new from the factory! You get the following of John Tyler- 16 stamps, Pack of stamp mounts, 2 D&P Mint Mark Dollars, 1 souvenir sheet. No date but circa 2000's and again was never used!
