Amiga 500 motherboard rev. 3 & 5 and Amiga 2000 motherboard rev. 4.2 have some ROM wiring issues. 

One of the address lines is incorrect and it is missing required pull-up resistors for EPROMs. This adapter module fixes both of these (pull-ups are neatly hidden underneath).

It will allow aforementioned motheboards to work with burnt EPROMs Diagroms by John Hertell  and all programmable  Kickstarts providing improved stability as well.
