This is an adapter that will securely snap fit onto the pins of your Garmin Watch. The adapter allows you to have your watch in front of you rather than your wrist so you can see your stats (distance, speed and time etc.) in real time as you cycle.

The adapter has been designed with a standard garmin edge bike mount interface to twist lock onto your existing Garmin bike mount (the listing doesn't include the mount).

How to install the adapter:

- The adapter comes with a pair of 20mm Quick Release Pins to place the pins in the bands.

- Place the pins on the watch.

- while snaping fit the adapter onto the watch, make sure the pin levers are toward the watch.

- Now you can twist lock the watch on the garmin mount.
