1. Please, can you not book your car into a garage for work, utilising the part you have purchased before you have received the part. Although the courier we use is a next day service. Couriers are very sneaky, and in their fine print, they do explain how nothing of their service is guaranteed, neither the time of collection from us, or the time it takes to delivery the item. Plus unexpected things can happen, once the item has left us, which is out of our hands. It is a much safer bet to wait until you have the item in your hand.

Terms of Guarantee

A period of 28 days from the date of purchase in which the part must be fitted and tested if faulty, returned for exchange. If no exchange is available, a refund will be issued on the original purchase price less postage & packaging cost.

No allowance will be made for any labour or delivery costs incurred. 

No refunds will be given on parts in good condition supplied by us. 

ENGINES ? Engine failure of an ancillary component e.g Head Gaskets, Timing belt/chain, Radiator, Water pump, Oil Pump, Carburettor / Fuel injection system, Ignition system, Distributor, Coolant Hoses etc, 

ECU?s & DISTRIBUTORS? all ECU?s and Distributors are tested before removal from vehicle, therefore no exchange or refund can be given. 

No Exchange or refund will be given if: 

1. Proof of purchase not surrendered i.e. invoice. 2. Out of stated warranty. 3. Security marks are not visible/removed. 4. Part has been tampered with. 5. Fitted incorrectly.
