Altai MU-38 Analogue Panel Meter (D.C 5 Amp) Part No 14095, 

(un-used/old shop stock/lots of rust on all the mounting posts).

The panel meter is 40mm x 36mm x 10mm and is 28mm deep.

The hole required to mount the meter is approximately 

38mm in diameter.

It comes complete with a bag of mounting washers & nuts.

Unfortunately all of the four mounting posts do have quite a lot of rust 

due to age and being stored in my attic, so they are all un-useable

 for mounting the meter (see last two pictures).

You will have to find another suitable way of mounting the meter

 such as gluing/sticking it in place.

The outer box does have quite a lot of wear and tear marks/damage 

due to age and being old shop stock (see pictures).
