Hair is not jet black the flash and lighting makes the hair look darker than it is, it is natural undyed color, more like a black mixture with Dark Brown.

Hair length is measured when stretched completely straight there curly or wavy hair may not look true to length if your measuring while curled.

I have no control of the color variances as viewed by phone or computer screen and any gray, black or any other color strands of hair that may be in the wig due to the factor that it is virgin human hair in its natural color state, therefore every strand may not be completely dyed or perfect since it is not manufactured hair, some grays, reds, etc from the original donors hair may peak through. All Virgin Hair has strands of different color hairs you may see Gray hairs or other colors depending on the donors natural color of hair, you can re dye the hair if this bothers you, if the wig has already been customized we always recommend that dying it darker colors will be easier and less damaging than trying to lift and bleach again this could damage the hair, we also recommend that you do a co-wash at your discretion to rid the hair of any smells or impurities or anything else the hair may contain before wearing, Remember this hair was cut from an Human donor. Longer hair is thinner towards the ends just like hair growing from your scalp, you can always have your stylist add more bundles to back of the wig if you need it fuller or thicker.

Remember this hair was cut from an Human donor, so we don't have control over shedding due to lace items being hand tied to lace 1 to 2 strands at a time with a venting tool, and bundles sewn onto a weft, please do preventative maintenance of using weft/lace sealants if shedding is a concern, most straight or loose wave items have minimum shedding, tight or kinky curly hair will shed more easily and have breaking when combing just like your real hair growing from your scalp.

I generally ship daily as soon as the items are paid for I package and ship immediately I generally ship first class or priority mail if you have a preference you will have to pay the difference, just let me know and I can add it to your invoice. 

No refunds or Exchanges for sanitary reasons if I decide to accept any there will be a 25% restocking fee and the shipping fees I paid to ship deducted, any exchanges the buyer needs to pay for the shipping fees to reship.
