All payments must be made via Paypal. Please ensure your address is correct on eBay at the time of purchase. We are unable to change delivery address once a payment has been received.

POSTAGE (domestic)

We mark items as posted through eBay and a tracking number link (when applicable) will be automatically updated to the 'View Order Page'. If you specifically require tracking please contact us as an additional payment may be required. Items will only be sent express when this is paid for at time of purchase. The express cost is $14.99 We can not send express unless this is paid for.

POSTAGE (International)

We are happy to send internationally. This is via private courier companies with tracking for your peace of mind. We are unable to change the value of goods. Customs duties are the buyers responsibility.

PICKUP

We do not offer pickup unless it is a physically large order.

30-DAY RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 30-day domestic returns policy; your satisfaction is our priority. Original P&H and other expenses will be withheld from the return amount.
