★ OUR PRODUCTS ★

● If you would like your decal in a colour other than the red shown in the main listing image, then just send us a message at the same time as ordering to let us know which colour your would prefer. (A full list of colour options can be seen in the listing images)

● All our stickers are made out of very hard wearing vinyl so you don't need to worry about weather causing them to fade or peel.
● They stick onto virtually any smooth, hard, non porous surface so can go on your bumper or window.
● Applying your decal is simple. Complete instructions of how to do it will be included in the envelope. We do strongly recommend that you follow them as it’s the best way to ensure your decal applies smoothly and in one piece. ● Our stickers are coloured vinyl with the sticky surface on the back so it can go on laptops, car bumpers, walls etc This means that if you are putting your decal on a window, it will appear backwards to people outside. If you would like a decal that can go on a window and appear correctly to people outside, then just send us a message along with your order and we'll be sure to flip it so that the sticky side is on the front. If you are purchasing a design with just a pattern and no words, it will look great from both sides of the glass as the vinyl is coloured on both sides.
● Despite being durable, they peel away cleanly so you don't have to worry about any damage being caused to your chosen surface. (Please Note: when applied to painted walls, vinyl decals can sometimes peel the paint away when removed. To prevent this from happening we recommended that you use a hair dryer on a warm setting and heat one area at a time, gently peeling off the decal as you go. You will notice that, when heated, the vinyl becomes stretchy and thinner and it will peel away cleanly.)

★ SHIPPING & RETURNS ★

• All orders are made to order and posted out within 48 hours of payment being received. Orders posted within the UK will be posted as standard 1st class Royal Mail delivery. (If you would like your order posted as 'Signed For' or 'Tracked' then please contact me and I will see what I can do). If you are outside of the UK your order will be posted by Airmail.

• Estimated shipping times:

» UK: 1-3 business days
» Europe: Usually 1-2 weeks but can be up to 4 weeks
» Rest of the world: Usually 2-3 weeks but can be up to 4 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them, as Christmas volumes, bad weather, or customs, could cause delays.

• All orders are sent in board-backed envelopes that say ‘Please Do Not Bend’ so that your sticker will not be damaged in transit. The envelopes are A4 size or smaller so they will fit easily through a standard letterbox and can be delivered even when you aren't home.
• If for any reason you change your mind about your order, we can accept it for a return providing it is still in its original condition however you will be responsible for paying return postage. Please contact us directly if you would like further details about returns.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us directly and we will rectify the issue. We will request photos of the damage so that we can use them in our own claim against Royal Mail for damaging an item in transit.
