If you want for the heavy play then use the horseshoe and barbell combo with 10mm balls and that can be used during heavy or light penetration.
You DO NOT NEED FRENUM PIERCING.
You will get Sterilized Surgical Steel 10 Gauge, 5/8" long PA Curve Barbell with 6mm and 8mm Balls with 10g 1-1/4" diameter Frenum Hoop. Externally Threaded PA Barbell.
It can be used alone just for PA piercing with or without the Frenum Hoop. You can also use the 6g ring for the 6g Frenum piercing without the PA The Ball between the Curve Barbell and the Frenum Hoop is captive so you can take it out or put it back when needed. The frenum ring is only for the looks not to be used in penetration.
