Description:       Antique Victorian, Stevens & Williams, Cased Enameled Ruffled Art Glass Bowl with clear applied fancy legs/feet, hand painted flower leaf designs, Top Rim is Cranberry, inside is Pink/Mauve, outside is white, also has glitter-like substance to top rim, made in England, no damage,
