HOW IS DELIVERY ORGANISED?
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Our discounted shipping rates require you to be home during business hours (9am - 5pm) on delivery day. If a business address is more convenient for you simply change your address during checkout.

* Delivery is to the property entrance only.
* If delivery is missed a card will be left for you and collection from the nearest depot will be required. Re-deliveries or re-directions are not available.

Upon dispatch from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking information and Royal Mail or Yodel customer service details so you can track and co-ordinate your delivery with Royal Mail and Yodel

If you have changed your mind and want to return items, please contact us via eBay messages and we will advise you on the returns process. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs and collection cost).

• In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will offer a replacement or a refund, if the items are returned to us within 30 days of receiving. • We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.

• We action all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on you card.
