Shipping



We offer FREE shipping on all orders! 

We take great care of packaging every item to ensure safe shipment arrival to you. 

Your item will ship within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri) of your cleared payment.

We are closed weekends and legal Holidays.

Items will be shipped to the shipping address you specify via Paypal only.

We are NOT able to change the shipping address once payment has been made.

If you ask us to ship to an address other than what is specified on Paypal,

We will cancel your order and ask you to re-check out once you have updated your address.

A tracking number will be provided once your item has shipped.

We usually ship the same or next business day of cleared payment, You will be notified if an exception occurred.

If an item is DOA you must notify us the same day, exchange or refunds will be made within 2 business days.

We record each and every MEID serial number for our phones as well as each phones conditioned is photographed before dispatch.

Returns



Our return process is as simple as possible. You may use the eBay return interface, or contact us for a return label.

Please note that we only accept returns within 60 days after delivery.

If the item is defective/DOA (Dead on Arrival) we must be notified within 2 days of arrival, and a refund in full will be granted after item is sent back.

The 2 days start from when tracking shows item was delivered.

Returns after 60 days will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to be inspected and your return to be be processed.

Please note: All returned items must be in brand new condition with all original accessories in theoriginal box.
If anything is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge additional restocking fees.
