The condition is mentioned New but bear in mind that the painting was finished in 2013 and has been located in the artist's studio ever since. 

It may have visited Ukrainian national and the artist's personal exhibitions. But it has been always in his hands.

Frame is not included. It is always a good idea to pick your own frame based on your preferences, location of the painting and its surroundings.

For shipping the painting will be removed from its frame and rolled in tube. So stretching and framing is required by the  buyer upon receipt.
