You are Buying the Item that You Select From the List! You are ONLY BUYING the pack(s) that you select and NOT ALL THE CARDS PICTURED! You will only receive what is shown in the photos in the listing. If it is NOT shown, then it is NOT included.

All sales are final, BUT if you have an issue with your order when you receive it. CONTACT US WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. Please don't wait to contact us, we have a limited amount of time to give refunds/credits and reclaim our eBay fees. PLEASE DO NOT just return the item. Wait for a response from us with instructions as to what your options are. Contact us via the eBay messaging system. We will not respond to other forms of email sent to us. Our return policy varies depending on the issue.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Cards generally ship in a plain envelope with cardboard protection.  These will usually go first class mail without tracking.  Larger/more valuable orders will usually be shipping in a bubble wrap mailer.  Again they will go first class mail without tracking.  In some cases, we will ship using media mail rate (in those cases you will have tracking).  We make all shipping decisions based upon what we think is the best in terms of cost/delivery estimate and our experience with getting the package into your hands safely.  You explicitly grant us the right to substitute shipping without adjustment to the final price.

We are happy to help you combine shipping by holding orders for multiple weeks. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING INVOICE. Just pay the bid amount of the comic(s) that you win, and let us know that you want them held to help save on shipping!  Please wait for an invoice from us because refunding shipping actually costs money through eBay.  If you just pay as you win auctions rather than waiting for a combined invoice, we will assume you want each order shipped/packaged uniquely.

FEEDBACK
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve the issue in a positive manner. We will not issue credits or refunds unless you contact us first.  As a general rule, we do not leave feedback until after you receive your package.  We appreciate reciprocal feedback from everyone.

RATINGS
We strive for a 5+ positive experience on every transaction. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are not controlled by us, the rates are established by eBay and the carriers.  If you feel like our shipping price is high, please consider that eBay takes about 15% of the shipping charge right off the top, then there are packaging supplies necessarily used to ensure that your package arrives undamaged. Finally, there are the carrier fees - which can be crazy expensive. If you cannot leave 5+ on every category, please contact us PRIOR to leaving feedback.
