DESCRIPTION:

Jesus is sitting at a table, flanked by two disciples, and breaking the bread.

A page boy stands on the far left, a dish in his hands.

The tavern owner stands between Christ and the disciple sitting on the left.

After a painting by Titian (Tiziano).

In good condition.

Very good impression on laid paper.

Trimmed outside the copperplate, small margins (about 15mm).

Doubled on thin Japan paper. Trace of vertical middle fold on verso.

Upper left corner margin restored.
