AGILENT - 1130A InfiniiMax 1.5 GHz Probe Amp

For high-speed differential or single-ended probing in embedded designs, the Keysight InfiniiMax differential probe amplifier is a perfect complement to Keysight's Infiniium and InfiniiVision oscilloscopes. Its low input capacitance, flat frequency response, patented resistor probe tip technology provides ultra-low loading and superior signal fidelity for the device under test (DUT).
