Use warm water mixed with white vinegar to wash glasses before first use. Because the glasses are covered with a layer of chemicals to protect the surface and don't show their real look.

Hand wash with soft cloth and dishwashing detergent.

Dishwasher safe, glasses must be placed firm and tight inside the dishwasher to avoid scratching with each other.

 

Temperature rating: 100ºC.

Do not fill hot water directly when room temperature is below 0ºC.

 

Please note each glass is heavily wrapped in professional expandable polystyrene box before shipping to minimise possible transport damage. However, transport damage is still inevitable thought very rare.

 

By purchasing this item, customer agrees that any compensation is limited to partial refund by proportion based on damaged number of glasses in the whole set. E.g. 1/6 refund for 1 damage glass in the 6 pcs set.

 

If your item is damaged when you receive the parcel, please take photos clearly show the number of damaged glasses and message us within 3 days upon receiving based on tracking indicated time. Any transport damage claim after the timeframe will not be accepted.
