Here is a NASCAR Wrist Racer Bill Elliott No. 9951.  This is from1992

and made by Fun First Toys.  Pull out the ramp and press the

release button for RACING ACTION!  There is a bonus of Bill Elliott

sticker.  It comes unopened.  The cardboard has

a couple of places where a sticker price was pulled off pulling off a bit

of the cardboard and the bottom corners are slightly curled. Please see

pictures.
