We list pre-order items approximately 30 days before the are estimated to be available. Please keep in mind that
these dates are estimated by the manufacturer and they have the possibility of being delayed. All changes that
come from the manufacturer will be communicated to you.
We charge a 25% fee for order cancellations excluding items that have been delayed or discontinued by the
manufacturer. Please consider this before you make your purchase.
All pre-order items purchase are guaranteed, we do not take more orders than we can accommodate. In the
event that the manufacturer cannot fulfill our orders, your purchase will be refunded in full.
All new and sealed items must be returned sealed and in original packaging to receive a refund on yourpurchase. We do not offer partial refunds on new items. Items must be returned for a refund.
Defective items can be returned for a refund or exchange for the same or similar item if you choose. Please
provide photographs of the item defects on your return or exchange request. We must receive the defective item
before we send a refund or replacement item. You will be reimbursed for shipping on defective items.
In the unlikely event you are shipped the wrong item purchased, we will exchange it for the correct item once the
incorrect item has been returned. You will be reimbursed for shipping.
