Shipping
All of our in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. Please look at each individual listing to determine if itemis in stock, in transit, or only available for pre-order.
Items in transit to us are in the processing stage from our distributor and will typically be shipped within 3-5
business days. Please refer to item listing for specific details on shipping.
Pre-Order Policy
Items we offer for pre-order will be clearly labeled on the listing. In purchasing a pre-order items you are agree tothese terms:
Payment is required to reserve your item.
We list pre-order items approximately 30 days before the are estimated to be available. Please keep in mind that
these dates are estimated by the manufacturer and they have the possibility of being delayed. All changes that
come from the manufacturer will be communicated to you.
We charge a 25% fee for order cancellations excluding items that have been delayed or discontinued by the
manufacturer. Please consider this before you make your purchase.
All pre-order items purchase are guaranteed, we do not take more orders than we can accommodate. In the
event that the manufacturer cannot fulfill our orders, your purchase will be refunded in full.
Returns
All new and sealed items must be returned sealed and in original packaging to receive a refund on yourpurchase. We do not offer partial refunds on new items. Items must be returned for a refund.
Defective items can be returned for a refund or exchange for the same or similar item if you choose. Please
provide photographs of the item defects on your return or exchange request. We must receive the defective item
before we send a refund or replacement item. You will be reimbursed for shipping on defective items.
In the unlikely event you are shipped the wrong item purchased, we will exchange it for the correct item once the
incorrect item has been returned. You will be reimbursed for shipping.
