Shintaro the Samurai ran on Australian TV from 1962 to 1965 spanning 10 seasons of 13 episodes each. It was one of the most popular shows ever having an almost cult following at the time.

Collectors of Scanlens cards realise this series is the peak of scanlens non sport cards. 1960s Scanlens cards are highly sought after and this series is the most desirable of all.

Manufactured in the 1960s for the very small market of Australian children collecting bubblegum cards, Scanlens cards from this era are extremely difficult to find in gradable condition. Only a few of each number have been discovered and this totals only a few hundred cards of this series existing in gradable condition. So don’t miss this rare investment opportunity card to add to your collection.

Rare Australian made Scanlens cards are a great investment. Only a small quantity made - only a fraction surviving - these cards have doubled in value every 2-3years since release. For any questions or if more photos are required just ask.

Shipping is at cost estimate and combined shipping of course for those buying multiple cards. Generally pay shipping on one card and additional cards post free with that. Just add cards to cart and request a total invoice.

Lot more 60s and 70s card lots on offer soon.
