Sored with care in air conditioned home. Outside case may have minor wear from storage but pencil is like new & or tested once/twice - comes without box. Please note this pencil is not mechanical or wood, it is made of a hard plastic. You have to sharpen it like you would a wooden lip liner once it wears down. The tip is below the plastic currently but there is nothing wrong, that is how it comes.
