3.     We are unable to send items via express 24 Hr courier for delivery on Saturday's and Sunday's.

6.     Your item will usually be dispatched within 24hs after we confirm cleared payment.  We can only ship the item through the PayPal confirmed address.

7.     If you do not receive your item in the normal period 5 working days, please contact us via eBay message first.  Refunds for returns within 14 days of the delivery date, where item is in original condition, we will cover any postage costs if it is our mistake, else a handling fee plus postage will debited.  Please contact us through eBay messaging.

SHIPPING:  Free postage items for the UK are sent Royal Mail 48hr Tracked 2–3 day service, all post is collected in the evening so may not enter the mail system until the next working day.  (Except Weekend and Holidays) it will take longer.
