When a purchase has been made it will be deemed conclusive evidence that all terms and condition has been agreed to and read.

Payment

All Payment to be made within 24 hours of winning bid if longer required please email or call us. Please, no excuses or stories we are running a business and do not have time to mess around dealing with non-payment issues as it ties up our item and no one else has a chance to buy that item and we have to relist with fees, which you will be liable for.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers' responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

Cancellation / Return Policy / Cost

Cancelled or returned orders will warrant a 20% re-stocking and handling charge. Goods ordered in error, delivered, and subsequently returned to us in good condition once checked a refund will be made.

We the seller

We the seller are not responsible for any cost of labour charges incurred by the buyer, nor any loss of earnings through any means.

Electrical Items

No refunds can be made for electrical items once they have been tried and fitted to the vehicle or any tampering of the unit.

Most parts

Most parts sold by us are auto salvage and second hand and sold as such. Whilst we wish to give good value to our customers, we cannot guarantee each part to be absolutely perfect and this is reflected in our prices when compared to the cost of buying new.

Delivery

Delivery/Post will only be sent to confirmed PayPal Address. Items that are collected they will have been deemed to be inspected by the customer. UK POST ONLY.

We do have a walk-in counter service so it is possible items advertised on eBay may have been already sold and not yet removed from eBay if this is the case and you have paid for an item that has already sold we will refund your money straight away.
