Vintage 1990 Playmates Dick Tracy Coppers & Gangsters Steve “The Tramp" SEALED

New in package and never opened or used.  Calling Dick Tracy - The Tramp is stinking up the city sewers.  He has a record with information on the back to clip and collect. (information shared from what is noted on package).    Package may have some normal wear, tear, clear plastic window discoloration due to age and storage.  Overall a great vintage collectible addition to the The Cooper and Gangsters action figures.
