How to Order

1.     Purchase the bag via the buy it now button at the top of the listing.

2.    Provide me with the name and role to personalise the bag. This can be provided in the message to seller tab on the payment screen or messaged through eBay.  

Terms and Conditions

Delivery- Orders are sent out as soon as possible but within 10 working days of me receiving cleared payment and all your personalised details.  If you require your bag  sooner please contact me before purchasing so that I can see if I can meet your timescales.

Postage – All orders are sent out by second class Royal Mail, orders over £40 will be send by Recorded second class therefore a signature will be required

Returns – As they are personalised, returns and refunds cannot be given unless it is an error on my part
