Images DO NOT have transparent backgrounds. Transfers will be exactly as shown in picture. For images with white backgrounds, the excess white around the picture is trimmed off, but there will still be some white trim around image.  This is an iron on heat transfer.  Sizes listed are 5 x 7 and 8 x 10.  Measurements are in inches. These sizes are approximate, and can be slightly larger or smaller depending on the image. For example: an image that is circle shaped will be closer to 5 x 5ish rather than 5 x 7.  These are best applied with a heat press, but a household iron on hottest setting works as well Can be applied to light or dark fabrics These are made on high quality Neenah heat transfer paper, and when applied correctly they hold up for many, many washes without cracking or peeling.  Detailed application instructions are included with your order. Failure to use the included instructions will result in the transfer not working correctly.  If you are unsure or have any questions about application. Please message me first before applying the item.  These transfers can be applied to the following types of fabrics/items: 100% cotton, cotton blends, polyester, canvas, pillow cases, backpacks, tote bags. These will NOT adhere to nylon type materials such as work out clothing, sports jerseys, or felt type materials.    SHIPPING:  Items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from date of purchase USPS is the main shipping carrier used for all orders Shipping is combined, if for some reason it does not automatically do so, please let me know so I can send adjusted invoice. Due to a high number of items being lost by USPS I am now only offering first class with tracking, and priority with tracking.  First class is $3.50, plus $0.10 for each additional transfer in the same order. It includes tracking, and arrives within 3 to 5 days on average. The actual cost is anywhere between $3.60 to $4.95 depending on where you live. I pay the difference, please keep that in mind before complaining about shipping costs. I don't make these up.  Priority Flat Rate envelope is $7.60, and arrives within 2-3 days from shipment date on average. I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HOW FAST USPS DELIVERS ITEMS, OR IF THEY DAMAGE THEM WHILE IN TRANSIT.  However, I am willing to send replacements when needed. However, if you send me a nasty message or use profanity I will not reply to you.  I am not in any way obligated to do anything except refund you if something goes wrong on account of something I did.  I am not obligated to refund if it is based on user error; however, I am willing to work with you if you message me. Messaging me to cuss me out and say it is my fault, and demanding a refund is not nice. I will no longer tolerate that kind of behavior.
